Q: How can I pay?
A: Once you have emailed, payment can be done through Venmo, or a mailed check.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once an order is placed, a USPS tracking number will be provided to you, once shipped orders take about 2 to 5 business days.
Q: Can I request a custom pen?
A: If you see a certain material and pen style you want together, a custom order can be fulfilled with a $7.50 fee.
